Business, technology and design
Yi
Studied Electronic Information Engineering as a major, with a minor in UI and graphic design, then deepened in information & control during postgraduate study in Australia. Solid grounding across engineering logic, visual communication and control systems.
Now a head of operations, Yi works on the front line mapping processes and leading teams. That makes Yi not "a programmer trying to understand your business", but an Australian-Chinese entrepreneur fluent in business, technology and design — someone who can translate "operational logic" directly into "systems people actually use". Technology is just the tool; what truly matters is understanding the business.
Why I founded NEXUS
After years in operations, I've seen too many SMEs where the process lives only in veteran employees' heads, and the software is either too expensive to use or simply doesn't fit the business. Owners fight fires daily, and the company grows more dependent on people, not less.
That's why I built NEXUS — not to write another piece of software, but to help businesses turn operational experience into a system: let the process run inside the system, and let the experience stay inside the company. So the owner doesn't have to do everything personally, and the business can run steadily and keep growing.
That's also why I understand enterprises better than a typical software firm: I don't approach you from code — I approach you from the daily quote, reconciliation and dispatch. I figure out how the business should actually run first, then use technology to make it real.
